Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and guided by influential theorists like Vygotsky and Malaguzzi, Rosie’s educators act as co-constructors, researchers, and advocates in a child’s learning journey. We recognize the power of play as a fundamental learning experience, encouraging curiosity, exploration, and self-expression through many ‘languages’ of learning. Our commitment to sustainability, risky play, and nature-based experiences ensures that children develop a deep respect for their environment and community. Cultural heritage and reconciliation are also embedded in our curriculum, with daily Acknowledgements of Country and an active Reconciliation Action Plan.
